Many people need a document from a place they no longer live: a birth certificate from the town they were born in, a transcript from a university they left years ago, or a marriage record for an immigration file. We submit the request with your authorisation, follow up with the office and collect the document.
Records we retrieve
- Birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates and family registration extracts
- Certificates of good conduct (non-conviction)
- School certificates, Tawjihi results, university degrees and transcripts
- Court judgments, inheritance certificates and sharia court records
- Company registration extracts and commercial documents
- Records from other countries through our international network
For families in Gaza and abroad
Many families have lost original documents in recent years. Where records exist in central registries we can request replacement certificates and translations remotely, and we explain clearly when a record cannot currently be obtained.
To request documents on your behalf we usually need a copy of your ID and a signed authorisation or power of attorney. We tell you exactly what is required for each record.

I live abroad. Can you get my Palestinian birth certificate?
In most cases, yes, with a copy of your ID and an authorisation. We can also have it authenticated, legalised and translated before sending it to you.
Can you obtain documents from other countries?
Yes. Through partner offices we request certificates and records from many countries, including the Gulf, Europe and North America.
